Google Keyword Ranking Website

I would like a simple webpage created that will track the position of a given website in a google search given specific key words. I already have an initial php script completed (with a few minor bugs) that returns the position of a domain in Google with a given keyword. The program needs to be open enough and well commented so that it can be expended on or added to other projects at a future date. It should be simple enough that very little to no graphics design will be needed.

Additionally I am looking for someone who I can use for programming websites at a future date on other projects.
