design car dealer web site

I need a web site similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] albeit on the smaller scale.

I want to do the project in at least 2 steps.

The first step is to design the web site structure (site map) and create the mockup screens. -- No actual coding!

Based on this I shall prepare detailed specifications for the coding step that should be done in php, using mysql database for car models descriptions and pictures, etc.

Right now I am looking for bids on the first step of my project -- creating the site map and mockup screens. The screens must have graphics, not just layout, so that I can visualize the site's look and feel.
I am not a graphic artist and cannot tell if I like the design until I see the actual picture!

Somebody submitted a mockup for the project. It was just a skin change. You can still recognize that the design is a copy of automotive.com design.

So I’d like to clarify a few things.

First of all, I do not ask for free mockups. The whole project is about creating the mockup screen.
But skin I can change myself. That’s not what I want. I am looking for really creative, professional graphics artist, who can do complete redesign, while preserving the usability, structure and functionality. The form should be prominent, since that is the whole purpose of the site. Thumbnail pictures and list of car makers well organized.

This is my first project here. Sorry if I was not clear in the beginning.
