construction camera system(repost)

I require a construction camera monitoring system similar in scope to http://oxblue.com/pro/open/demo/c1p&demo=1 This is an extension to my current site at [login to view URL] It is a construction camera manager with dashboard of individual projects and the ability to open projects and retrieve live images and recorded images from an FTP server. Each site installation (which may include multiple cameras) will be hosted on a seperate website (perhaps based on Joomla) The completed system will serve as a template for creating new sites in Joomla including access to construction camera video. It is anticipated that a flash video player or Silverlight player will be used (silverlight has some great zoom features built in). I have my own linux based Joomla server. Include all funtionality of the link above including image zoom features, date/date image comparison where the latest date is a background image and the first date is the foreground image and the slider (vertical & horizontal) that allows users to show the background image at the slide point for image comparison, also must include time lapse video playback. 2 sources of base video data will be provided. 1. Live camera stream 2. Collection of snapshot which must be animated into a timelapse sequence to be updated on the server periodically. Joomla 1.5 is the base platform. Flash/silverlight video player with zoom/pan is essential. Excellent photo gallery is also essential Fluid, easy to use controls are essential. I will provide access to the video stream and collection of (frequently updated) images for time lapse. These are taken by remote IP based webcam's You must speak English You must be prepared to communicate daily via skype text chat You must provide daily progress updates You must be able to devote daily effort to this project ## Deliverables You must be very good with PHP/FLASH/Joomla 1.5 OR silverlight for the video client.
