Payment gateway integration in Virtuemart

Job Description:
I need someone to integrate the Joomla/Virtuemart based internet shop with Bank Gateway system. They use their own plug-in in Java which should be integrated. Platform is Joomla [url removed, login to view] and Virtuemart 1.1.5 stable.
The page is online and working and it already supports PayPal.
The bank gave a complete 50 page manual on how-to and a plug-in. Both are added as an attachment so you can check if you are up to the task.
You will have to work on a live page so speed and discretion is of the essence. The payment process should be working in full and also the whole web page should be in perfect working order when implementation is done.
We also have a test usernames and credit cards numbers and other info for testing, which will be given at the start of work.
When in the payment process the shop logo should be added to the header of the bank payment gateway. The procedure is also described in the added instructions.
