Need a web design/programer

We are looking for a Freelancer with extensive web design/programming experience and creative talents to join our team.

The position will start as a test. After the webmaster showed us his/hers skills, the position becomes permanent.

Applicants must have knowledge in more than one of the following fields: PHP +MySQL, ASP, Flash Design (Action Script), Graphic Design, Web Design, Writing, SEO.

First project will be design one a kind website using Jamroom Unlimited Artist Version ([url removed, login to view]). Web application like the one that [url removed, login to view] and better. Almost all the same features. Almost a clone of those web sites, but I also need some other features so that I can use the other content.


Artist, Model, Music video Dancers, exotic dancers, Chat room and etc.

Also we will need to monitor who is visiting the site.

It also needs to be as search engine friendly as possible.

I also need it to automatically add my logo in the bottom corner on every picture and video.

Ability to use PayPal,VISA, MC, Discover or Amex as payment options

Applicants must:

1. Be available on MSN or YAHOO MESSENGER during working hours.

2. Be able to read and write english very well

3. Be responsible and reliable - this is CRITICAL

4. Be organized and efficient

5. Be detail oriented and work at a fast pace.

6. Sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Again, Individuals who demonstrate excellent quality of work will be hired as full time (5 hours/day, 5 days a week).

Salary is $300/month to start. Payment will be made every week ($75/week).
