259756 Joomla Artcile Submit(custom)

kk so to do this u need to be experienced with joomla first of all.....now i know joomla has a default article submitter and many other addon artcile submitters(maybe used for reference) but none of them have exactly what i want...... kk so i want moderator/editors/authos(only a few people) to be able to submit articles/make categories....but with the following modifications: 1) they will only be allowed to submit in the section i want them to submit in 2) the will not be able to see or change the access level(should be PUBLIC for all articles) 3)THey should not be able to see or post in the FRONT PAGE.. 4)They shouldnt be able to add/edit the meta/description for the page... 5)they shouldnt be able to edit the calendar time(should be w/e time it is when they submitted) 6)I should be able to set the default editor 7) all submitted articles will have to be approved by me(admin) 8) they can make a category with the options i want (they just get to name the category) most of this is already done in other article submitters for joomla...so i think this job can be done very quickly(like in a few hours)..n i dont think this will cost much at all...
