Java application or php script to make switching vlans easier for me - repost 2

This is a repost, but here is exactly what I need.....

Java Script that can access the switch via telnet or ssh.

Read names and status of all my ports on the switch.

Show on GUI in Green for UP, Grey for Down for each port.

Show name, number, and current vlan for each port.

Option to select vlans should only give me list of current vlans to choose from. I should not be able to add port to a vlan that does not exist.

Show list of available vlans.

Right click, options, set name of port, set vlan.

The gui should always show the current vlan list available, as well of the name of the vlan.

There should be an option to create new vlan.

Currently I use Zyxel managed switches to control my network. I need someone to build an application or script with hot buttons for switching vlans. I have telnet and ssh access to the switch, but my I am not always available to make the vlan switches for everyone. The Zyxel switch has a web gui, but that is also slow and confusing for the non technical person. I need to make a way for someone stupid to connect one specific port to any give active VLAN that is on the switch. Basically I need the application or script to log into the switch, check the vlans, and then assign hot buttons to switch a specific port to the vlan selected.

The zyxel has two main commands to set vlans for a port via the web gui. There is a static vlan setting which the port needs to be selected, and then it needs to be removed from the other static vlan. Then there is the vlan port setting where the port number needs to be assigned to the vlan number. It's two steps, I can show you via the web gui how I do it now to make it happen. I suspect that telnet or ssh would be the best option, but you would really need experience working with Zyxel routers to make this happen. I don't need any other options, I need a simple solution for switching vlans.
