Flikr copy but for video

We have a flash video application so members can drag and drop video into a web browser window and the video will encode into flash then upload to the member's account.

We now need a member management system that:

1. Has auto-signup membership creation through email verification

2. Creates a set storage and transfer allowance per member

3. Allows members to upgrade their account to additional storage and/or transfer via paypal or 2checkout

4. Has a content management list for members that lists all their videos in an admin page

5. Tracking of views on a per-video basis as well as total account bandwidth transfer

6. Video page to be sharable via unique link or email (similar to [url removed, login to view])

7. Video code available so it can be embedded into another webpage
