educational website "components" for collaborating online

an educational website "components" for collaborating (students & lecturers) the website should include the following : create a virtual website .. just to link the following objects ::::: 1. Signing Up / Log in / Log out : for new students : store info. in the Data Base (MySql). Fields: First Name / Last Name / Date of Birth / Uni. ID "Numeric Field" / Level (combo box through " 1 to 5" / Department (combo box through " A to F" ) / E-mail Address / the authentication field : Enter the Numbers in the BOX ** an e-mail is sent for verification ** after logging in :: ( Client / Server Objects ) 2. Email : a white area in the website for SENDING ONLY .. filling the fields ( TO / SUBJECT / MSG ) write the the MSG in a white area Press Send & the E-mail is sent "No Attachments ONLY TEXT" 3. Chat Room : Public / Private Sessions .. Student enter a Nick-Name to use in the Chat Room. Student should be able to see who's online and start a private / public session. on the right-hand all people online should appear .. four rooms are needed "Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology" * No Emoticons 4. White Board : a white area looks like the PAINT program, (user A draws it appears to all other in the session) .. choose color / lines / shapes / .... "main tools only" ability to type text Student should be able to see who's online and start a private / public session .. (as in the chat room) 5. Web Camera : to create a real-time conversation. Student should be able to see who's online and start a web-cam session. "Don't include it in the chat room" make it as a separated option .. when clicked .. all online ppl appears .. it's a one-to-one conference ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * need to be done in 10 days * You may use : PHP / Java / Java Script / C# / HTML / XHTML / ............ ( NO .NET ) * The website is virtual ... no design at all just link the objects to the website after logging in * colors should go through : Black / Blue / White / Green / Red .. "it's for an Educational Environment" * average quality is needed "NOT something professional all i care about is the functionality" * design is important "by design i mean place of components in the 4 objects" * you may upload any temporary images "if needed in the 4 objects", I'll replace them later * code will be needed "not only the source code" * Simple Comments in the code should be included AS "This part is for ..." * Copy Right will be added :) * See attachment for how i want the chat room / whiteboard to look like you may use the codes i attached (chat room / whiteboard) just edit them
