The project went well, but for ongoing work I am finding our communication difficult and consuming too much of my time. Therefore, for this project we must have EXCELLENT and EFFICIENT communication, so you must speak and write good english. You should have considerable in depth experience with Joomla programming, and be up to date on the latest joomla plugins and extensions and components available that we may benefit from. You should have good understanding of current SEO techniques, and a good sense of style. We will use RAC as our main communication but when it is necessary to use chat, we will copy and paste our communication copy to RAC after. If your work on this project is good you will be considered for our webmaster position currently available. I have 10 avi videos, 5minutes each. convert these to flash video and mp3 audio only and post on site. I want fast downloads but good quality, so if you know any techniques specifically you should state them in detail here. VIDEOS PAGE I believe we can have as many videos as we want down the page, and use jpegs to give viewers an idea of who the person is, while using minimal bandwidth. here is what each one is made of: there will be a text description about that person. There will be a jpg picture. There will be a link to an mp3 file. "click to play audio only" (best for dial-up connection) there will be a link to a swf video file. "click to play video" You can separate it into 3 columns if you like. text and jpg in one. mp3 in other. swf in other. the jpg can stay in place with the swf video plays because they are in different locations. mp3 or swf are not downloaded until the requesting link is clicked. when the page first loads, only all the jpegs and the descriptions are shown. I believe there are suitable plugins to play mp3 in joomla, however if not, then the audio can also just be a swf file (but a separate audio only file). Tell me exactly how you plan to accomplish this. Don't be afraid someone is going to steal your idea... just play your hand. This is how I determine who to hire.
