One Way Link Building

Hello, I am wanting to have someone get me permanent one way links for my websites. I have 2 seperate websites I want this done for. I would like to have (100) one way links to each site. The below are the requirements I have. Thank you! (1) All the links will be Search Engine friendly. (2) The links will be permanent links and on sites which are regularly indexed by search engines. (3) Links will be one way links with proper description and surronding text (4) Links will be provide from quality sites and no **link**farm or FFA pages will be inlcuded. (5) Theme based relevant links with the exact anchor text I choose. (6) Links pointed to your sites shall be from different sites and also from different IP’s. (7) Only 1 **link**will be counted from one domain (8) Links will be provided from different sites (9) **Link**pages shall have mixed PR (Google page rank) value (PR 1 - 4/5). It means no PR 0 **link**page. (10) Comprehensive **link**report will be given to keep me updated by sending a weekly update about the progress. (11) All links are permanent ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All links must be permanent 5) Coder must be in contact with me daily with email or IM 6) Coder must be in contact with me within 24 hours of project being awarded to them so we can discuss project ## Platform All Links must be one way permanent.
