Killer Affiliate Websites

I want a person who will be able to build various websites for various products of which I intend becoming affiliate of. The contents should be simple but rich, fresh, and key optimized. The contents should be so convincing to the reader that he should immediately reach for his credit card to make a purchase. The keywords should be major search engines optimized, whereby it is search engine friendly and attractive. The result should be targeted traffic to the site, generating leads and sales. I would also want to have squeeze page for the leads, but this squeeze page should not look like a squeeze page, it should have lots and lots of contents acceptable to Google and other search engines. In a nutshell, this person should know everything from a to z. Most importantly, he should brief me about everything so that I understand whats going on ! I am wanting to have all the websites ready by end of January. 30 days time from the time of acceptance of the bid. The payment term will be discussed once the bid is accepted. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
