Interspire Email Marketing & VPS Monitoring & Management #1

I am currently looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of sending mass email marketing blasts. That can also make sure we have a delivery rate of 85% to 90% and is knowledgeable about all of the issues that can arise from sending huge volume of emails on a server. Also a person who can tell us what we need to do to make sure we have the best performance, delivery rate and not getting blacklisted. We are looking a reasonable budget since it should not take more then a (1) hour to look at our setup and make changes accordingly to your expertise. Will be willing to work with our programmer regarding the setup we have. We want to make sure that this person is updated with the information regarding any spam policy. We also want to build a relationship with ISP's to have a better chance at sending mass emails with no issues. We will be sending anywhere from 500,000+, once again we don't know much but understand what needs to be done. So we are hoping someone can step up to the plate and get us on the right track. Very important, we don't want anyone touching are clients email databases and selling them. We will terminate the job ASAP and deal with the person or company accordingly. From what we see, our server seems good enough to handle what we are trying to reach. But, we still want your professional opinion. Once we choose the winner, we will provide you with the information needed to log into the server and email system script. This may lead into a monthly job, so please don't kill us with high bidding.
