Editor Buttons no show

This page does Not use the default editor codes instead has its own editor codes,,..What i need is for SOME of the plugin buttons to show as they are not showing on IE or safari..Some of the plugin buttons are: fullscreen,insertdate and time,media,style_formats,etc etc...If you can fix without affecting my other features message me...Must know javascript..NOTE: i have no issues using this editor Will do 1 milestone of $15.00 & released once completed and working...This is a 0-day bid project (2-hour only)..Not interested in over bids or on people who don't reply...Testing on Safari and IE....Bid only if you are familiar with tynymce editor & know javascript and you can get it done with the 1-file i will send you...Filename is : forumslist.php..I can take you to site to check and later for testing..Looking for simple coding done-no extreme coding as i will compare files see what was edited......Message me if you can start now..
