Hi,

I need a wordpress maintenance plugin that will display a background image in the first layer, and logo and text in the second layer on top of the first.

Functions and options:

1. Upload background image and make it stretchable, or make it scroll, pluss other regular options like in the theme "Twenty Eleven".

2. Option to upload logo, and insert text under logo. Option to place the logo and text anywhere on the website, top, right, left, middle, bottom.

Option to change the size of the logo and the text.

Need it done in max 2 days. Revisions until satisfied. Payment only after the work had been completed successfully.
