User Interface Design for Customer Database System

We have a customer database system with about 20 templates which all follow a similar style / layout. Our existing templates are were integrated with a new management system and now they no longer have a consisten look & feel to them.

This project is for updates the templates with a new look & feel. Ideally I would like something that looks/feels like the MAC OSX and/or windows XP.

**Note: This project is only for the visual design / HTML imlementation portion. No development work is required to integrate this with our existing system

To do this you will be provided with screenshots of all the pages of the existing system.

We envision the following process:

i. Within 1 day of bid acceptance we have a DRAFT proposal of how the system will look/feel. We will give feedback on these and work with you to get a DRAFT screen which we like

ii. Over the next 3 days regularly we will get the other screens sent as they are being completed and we will provide feedback.

iii. After all screens are delivered we will provide final feedback

iv. After final feedback we would expect all the screens in PSD, JPG & HTML (using HTML forms/cut up images, etc) format.

**If you have existing UI design experience please state so and if possible include samples of your work. Including a portfolio in your bid will greatly increase your changes of getting selected.**

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
