URGENT - have you built a videoconference website?

We need your help to create a simple teleconferencing website, preferably with ability to share documents. We are looking for a developer who has built such a site before. We will need the work done quickly - we would like to see a basic working website within a week, with refinements to be made after that. It would be useful if you can please indicate in your response what can be achieved in that timeframe. Although it is a short term project we hope to form a good ongoing working relationship with you for other projects. In your response, we would be grateful if you could please point us to what videoconferencing site(s) you have developed previously. We are open to whatever approach you have used before - would consider using open source (eg WebRTC) or possibly third party videoconferencing software over ASP. We plan to use Joomla CMS for the website but if necessary can use other. We can give you examples of similar websites and further details after you respond.
