phpNuke Website Theme and Graphics Creation

I currently have a phpNuke website, and I am wanting to add some extra features.

The website is a non-profit community website, where locals can go to find information on the town, local events, and community businesses and tourists can go to find out what there is available in the town.

It is currently quite informative, but doesn't look very visually appealing.

I need someone to design or find a phpNuke theme for this type of website. I would like a lot of pictures or graphics, but not overdone, and so it still looks professional.

I currently don't have many pictures available to use, so you may have to find some relevant ones. The town is a pretty West Australian wheatbelt town, so some landscape images might work.

I don't mind if you use plain graphics or flash or whatever else you might think will work, as long as it looks nice.
