Online Tag printing from MySQL

Budget $30-250 USD

Need online PHP interface to print MySQL field information onto vinyl labels (3 per letter sized sheet), with each label representing data from a record entry in the Database.

Recordset to be printed must be searchable by key field.

Application use: Manufacturing company needs labels to be attached to building components for tracking purposes. Information includes job/project information, part name/number, work order information and quality control tracking. Labels come 3 to a sheet (approx 8.5" x 3.6").
