Build a Website

I have a wordpress blog with a Templatic theme initially started for simple a hotel website. I have discovered I do not have the time to plug everything in to finish it. I need to hire someone to make the site functional and complete. I need the Innroad widget for wordpress incorporated for booking and have booking and reservations functional. I need the marketplace on the site to be functional. Get me just two items up to start me out and a short description on how to post, edit, and manage the market. I have high quality photos of the property that I need incorporated and the stock photos from theme removed. I'll have all text available to finish pages. I need the hotel rooms described with associating photos. If I decide I don't like the photos, or the text needs editing, it will not stop completion of the project as that'll be my responsibility to change on my own. I just require a short written walk through to edit on my own in the future. I need a map with directions page. I want certain font and styles and may need a back and forth for a few days on the correct look. When completely functional I'll need help transferring this blog to another domain name that I already own and is [login to view URL] is a "Western" property so any background in the American West is helpful. Any suggestions is appreciated. I have only 2 weeks to complete.
