Build a simple searche website for manuals and files

Hi,
I'm searching for some one that can made for me a searche website like this.
[url removed, login to view] of something like that.
The site must look in 1 or more directorys for new files (cronjob or manual update) and when there is a new file that is not indexed yet i can give manual info like search term., category, searche name, etc.
Then save it and a user can easy searche for manuals or files with this site.
The next file type must be used:
- ZIP
- Pictures like JPG
The site may also be an existing open source project.
Question let me know it.
Site must be running at a linux webserver with a mysql database.
