PHP, MySQL, Google Maps - Service Tickets

Simple help desk ticketing system, with Google maps integration. The app will be used to support a dispatcher of service technicians working on a desktop.

Some suggested database tables (a list of fields for each table will be provided):

- customer information including geocoding

- points of sale, mapped to customers

- equipment, mapped to points of sale

- trouble tickets

- employees

The dispatcher must be able to:

- create new trouble tickets

- amend existing trouble tickets

- close completed trouble tickets

- reopen closed trouble tickets

- view all open tickets plotted on Google Maps with icons describing urgency and age of tickets

- filter the view according to various criteria (e.g. urgent tickets only, tickets assigned to a particular repairman, etc.)

- query the database by customer name or other attributes

- view customer information (including plotting customer location on map)

- create and save customer groups, and view their locations on Google Maps

Printable Service Ticket Reports

- customizable date range, and any other service ticket field (e.g. last week's urgent tickets in a specific city, that a specific technician responded to.)
