I need a simply form that has a list of items that are required to be completed quarterly for all of my clients. When an employee completes a given task they can check mark a box that will record who did it, time stamp when they completed it, and also a small text box to take notes if needed. When the list has been completed the clients name can change colors or someway of at a glance seeing who is complete and who is not.
There will be 10 users that can update when they completed something. Once they submit the form however they can not modify it in any way, however they will need to see whats complete and what is not.
I need an Admin user that can pull up reports, primarily what clients have not been completed. Also the ability to add and remove clients from the database. An automatic report at the end of each quarter and one over all one near the end of the year for an annual report... pretty much just away to save the reports to a spreedsheet.
If it happenes to not be overly difficult to add or subtract items on the list and things change in the future that would be great. Maybe even create a different list for different clients. This part would be a bouns to me and would insure future projects from me.
So what i invision is something like this:
My Employee logs in to the site to see the client list. Quickly see which clients are completed, and which are not. They click on a clients name the list comes up they can see whats finished on the list and what hasn't been completed. when they have completed a task. They check mark it and thier name, notes if any, and a time stamp shows on the list.
At the end of the day I can pull up a report that tells me who and what is completed. Or a report telling me who and what is not completed. At the end of the qaurter everything is archived and it starts over again.
Apon the acceptence of this project I will provide the list of tasks, I will not be providing a list of my clients though keep in mind I am dealing with well over 300 clients so please if you can provide a quick way for me to add them I would apprciate it.
Also I need this bundled so that I can install on multipale domains and databases easily.
