I have a simple Flash based educational activity where users enter their name and get a score out of ten depending on their performance in the test.
What I'd now like to do is have these details -name, score and a new field - date, exported to a database.
Although this database could be Mysql + php driven as I have these available on my web host's server I'm not sure this would give teachers the functionality that they would need.
Teachers would want to view the results for a whole group of students. Could the results be exported to a Micosoft Excel file? - this would allow teachers to open the file and sort as required. As this may not be possible then an export to a text file and a new flash database programme with simple sorting and searching tools that imports the text file maybe the best solution?
Anyway you experts can explain the best way to get the results I need!
I would supply the original flash file of the educational game.
