58588 Logo/Header & PHP Output Tweak

Im looking for a super nice header/logo possibly with some part of it in flash, but not heavy.... needs to be light with a fast load.... Need to be able to work with you for just the right look, But love a creative person and am willing/wanting to listen and look at your ideas. Also I need some php code tweaks/fixes .... mainly some output placement issues What is needed far as php script issues - Sitemap is not producing clickable links, The main [login to view URL] page has a double output of the product when loaded through the admin just on this page this happens but not on the sub pages, On the main shop and sub pages I need the Shop by Brand and Shop by Carrier links that are aligned on the right side along the bottom of the phone pictures/descriptions to be moved to the bottom of the listings, not the bottom of page just below the output of the pics and descriptions, My admin area will need some work as well so I dont have to login every back up I do, Also any advise is appreciated if your working on this and see something that may need attention or could be improved.... Ive done a ton of work on this redesign, And now at this point I just need to get it finished up quick... I know the right person could do these task really easily and quickly, I'll pay and leave good feedback quickly for a good complete job, Also I have other jobs Ill be in need of hiring for other image and scripting work and would hope to create a lasting, trusting, working relationship with the right person/firm.
