87628 Image Cropping Tool in Flash

I need a cropping tool in flash, the UI should be in flash. Backend can be PHP or any other, please suggest before starting. For example you can see image cropping at www.muglets.com. The cropping tool should contain all the features which has in their muglets site. Moving, Sizing and rotating of mask. The result need to be eliptical, not rectangle. It can be either achieved with eliptical cropping (if possible), I don't know if it is. Or can be rectangular cropping and making hidden the other portion with flash masking of outside of eliptical mask which we are selecting. Please note i didn't need any masking in flash, i need image to be cropped. After image is cropped and then masked little portion, that image with mask to be saved on server. I would like to see a demo before final delivery.
