Front Page and Menu design(repost) (618645)

Looking for a new front page design - I like the way Aveda's front page ([[login to view URL]][1]) appears so maybe somewhat in that direction - the same clean style yet maybe a little more feminine. I do want style though - nothing too common. It is important to me to have a section like they do where I can update it myself that is not Flash - so I want part flash and a section that is HTML where I can put sales, notes, contests etc. I also want to do a frame menu such as they have - I will note categories/links below. My site right now is all separate menus which is crazy so what I will need is for you to load the frame on one of my pages so I can follow that as a guide for the rest. I am in no way a coder but can certainly copy what was done on another page.
