Flash Video Playback Website Modifications

Job Requirements: Make the necessary modifications to our current website to provide the professional Flash video-streaming features described in this document. Problem: Our website does not play Flash videos correctly. We lack a video player skin with professional looking mask and video control features. Goal: We are looking for a professional Flash streaming and viewing experience similar to websites like [login to view URL] and CNN.com. Final results must be stable and consistent with all major operating systems and web browsers. Overview: The core of our site is a MySQL customer database that stores about 30 data fields and up to three video files for each customer. Our current database structure was set up for a different video codec. We switched to Flash videos. We need the database and website HTML code modified to save the two files created by the Flash encoding process and to play the videos with a video player skin. And it must look AWESOME! The winning bidder should have experience in this area or be able to research and implement the actions necessary for a successful outcome. We will furnish our URL to the winning bidder for a better understanding of what we are doing. We would value a long-term relationship with the right developer for future refinements and additions already being planned. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
