Custom t-shirt design web application using flash

This project is to create a similar functionalities of t-shirt customization service websites.

3 very good websites that offer similar services of what i want the project to be like are as follows:

Important features that needs to be included are:

1. the the images/graphics and text can be move/drag, resize, and change in color

2. the product (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) can be rotate front, side, back

3. images/graphics needs to be in vector graphic format (scalable) for internal graphic library and normal bitmap (jpg, png, gif) for external uploads

4. the design can be saved for later viewing for the user

5. the details of the design (x,y coordinates, images/graphics id, text, etc.) be kept in xml/database

6. reseller concept, such as in [url removed, login to view]

This project must be done by proffesional, serious and experienced people only. A more detailed design of the project will be given for the winning bid. Communication will be done by emails, IM and google talk for voice conversations.

Project will be divided into phases and each phases will need to be confirm of its accurateness by me and my team; you need to upload it into a webserver where me and my team can view its progress.

Project cost is negotiable based on difficulty and total hours of work done.
