This is the second job of many to come. I am looking for a company that can touch up the old site and build this site to replace the old site and continue to improve it along the way and also to build many many more sites in the future. Please do not bid unless you have a high apptitude for this work. I have years worth of work to come. Relationships and Trust are key for the future! I need a company that can not just say but can DO! It is a requirement that you are available to work with me on the hours that I desigante. Thanks

Every one says they will build quility. I know this so please do not mention quality. Please send me the sites and work you have completed and I will look at your quality. Pleas also provide references.

Please look at the scope and plan a way to most effectively Scrap all the sites on a continual basis. Many times I will get one bid lower than another and their quality is good. They have just thought of a more efficent way to build the site.

I Will not pay a milestone payment. I will post all the money in Freelance escrow so that the money is their. You will get paid when the job is fully completed according to the full scope.
