Integra Corporation is an IT and Communications company based in Brisbane Australia. We are currently using File Maker Pro 4.1, which as serviced us well for over 10 years but we now outgrown the current system. We are open to suggestions, to either polish what we have or start from scratch.
1) Upgrade to the most recent version of File Maker.
2) Our staff to be able to access our system via the web.
3) We would like our mobile field technicians to be able to enter/view a job, via an iPhone, iPad, PC or notebook.
4) We would like our sales staff to be able to complete an application form via an iPad, PC or notebook.
5) Forms to be emailed to a nominated email address as required.
6) Via our company web site, we would like our customers to be able to complete and online from “work ticket” which will updated in File Maker.
7) We would like the ability to assign a technician to a job ticket and schedule a time and date when that technician will attend that work ticket/job.
8) When the technician has been assigned a time and date against a work ticket, we would like that technician’s outlook calendar to also be automatically updated with the job details.
9) We would like the system to prepare a daily reports ie on the number of active jobs and current aging etc.
10) For local telecommunication compliance, we need to keep a history of customer telephone support calls and job history.
