Write software: Excel document to a webbased programme

I have an Excel document with 9 tabs and with a lot of formules that refer to eachother. The document is complete and is a trading system. You have to fill in the the opening prices of some markets to see what the orders must be to fill in with your broker. I want a sort of a programma that can be linked to a webpage. I want to fill in all the openingsprices and the in one document you see what the orders are for each market (signals). This document I want to email directly to the customer and also put on the webpage so when a customer logs in he/she sees the orders also.
Can this be done?
