We have a Zencart store that we are going to take live soon. The graphic design work for the the front page of the storefront is done. The task is to translate a graphic design (supplied to coder as screen mockups in either a .pdf or .jpg format) into a Zencart template. There may be some screens that we are not aware of, and may have not mocked up, in which case, we would need feedback from the coder, telling us which screens we must supply mockups for. The design is relatively simple, removing most of the Zencart 'sidebox' features. The design consists of a logo in one corner, a navigation tool in the left hand side, a search window, and little else. The work is PHP, CSS, and HTML. No creation of graphics or logos, nor other design work is required. There is one optional piece of work, for extra pay: some products have product options (e.g. size: S/M/L). The default user interface seems to require the user to (a) select a radio button to choose the option; (b) click the "add to cart" button. We are interested in modifying this, so that there are multiple "add to cart" buttons (e.g. "add SMALL to cart" / "add MEDIUM to cart" / "add LARGE to cart"). If you bid on this project, please either indicate whether you are bidding on JUST the template work, or the TEMPLATE work AND the above optional "add to cart" work.
1) One set of complete and fully-functional Zencart templates compatible with Zencart Version [url removed, login to view], commented as needed, all work done. 2) Adequate communication during the development period, alerting purchaser in a timely manner to any requirements for additional page mockups. The deadline for project delivery will be pushed forward to compensate for any time required by the purchaser to generate additional mockups. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) one tar file which unpacks to a tree of files which can be cp-ed in to the Zencart installation file tree at [url removed, login to view] the template symbolic name to be "tvr", the directory name to be "tvr". b) if necessary, a text file detailing what steps are required in the Zencart admin screen to activate the template, configure layout boxes, configure displayed banners, etc. Template, installed, will generate a Zencart user experience identical to the mockups under IE and Mozilla. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
