We require a website and supporting database and other software necessaries that facilitate the following: the matching of service providers with those requiring a specific service at a specific time and location.
1. Obviously an initial welcome page and associated faq, about us, help, sitemap and standard expected pages are required.
After this the site breaks down into roughly three parts -
a. log-in area for service providers
b. purchasing area for customers
c. administration log-in
a. In the log-in area for service providers there must be the facility to log-in and record what type of services they can provide at what time, in what areas over the next month/quarter.
b. The customer requires the facility to purchase services in his/her area at particular times over the coming month, the website needs to automically assign a service provider who provides the required service, at the required time and who serves the required location and who is available, to the customer . The customer will then input credit card details and confirm the purchase.
Following the completion of the service purchased the site needs to generate a link to be emailed the customer, this link will provide feedback on the individual service provider and will be tagged to his or her file in the database.
c. The administration area will allow the webmaster to manage the site, update news section, view credit card details and organise to take payment from the customer and record whether payment has been made to the service provide
