Website design project (graphic design plus back-end software) to replace an existing site. Timeframe is about a month, but flexible. The project is budgeted for professional work. Site design must conform to the organization’s explicit branding standards, yet incorporate some design flair. Ease of navigation is important. The site serves the members of a Los Angeles business organization. It is intended to promote attendance at current and future monthly meetings, post news events, link to an online database of members (at a remote site) and handle credit card transactions securely. Ease of updates is important. You will be expected to participate in the “thinking?? about the functionality and features of the site, as well as the graphic design and coding. If you are stronger on design than coding, or vice versa, feel free to partner with someone who has complementary skills, and select one of you to be project leader. We will want to see half a dozen examples of your best relevant work, and will want to talk to several recent satisfied clients. Please respond with a price estimate, links to examples of your work, and your comments.
