Web Site aplication clone

We will provide all graphic aspects, HTML, look and feel, icons, buttons and anything you need from the graphic field. What we need is the code for running the aplication. We prefer PHP and MYsql for further modification here. A complete list of features can be found in the graphic mail home page. You can also ask for a free demo to see how it works.

We need this in english and spanish. We can handle translations of the material.

Special features not incluyed in graphic mail:

Schedule mail sending. (you can put a date, select an e mail and send it automatically when the dates arrive, funtion for billing, and birthday salutations). Also you can tell it to send it 15 days before a date (Example, a restorant want to invite a customer and friends 15 days before customers's birthdays)

We need the following control panels that has to be intregrated with the aplication:

General admin panel. (Allows all kind of modifications and access of the accounts)

A reseller control panel (Something like a WHM of a web server)

take a close look at the system for charging.

The final user pays for mail sended (credits)

The reseller pays for number of accounts and gigabytes sended.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
