I am a web developer seeking a few talented webmaster to join my team to help build and maintain a network of websites. The hours needed varies by the week and dependent on skill. Tech requirement: - CSS - Dreamweaver with Template knowledge (must know .dwt) - Graphics skills with Photoshop to make banners - PHP - Excellent sense of design - Excellent communication - Flexible to changing/evolving requirements - Desire to delivery beyond the requirement You can see from my rating that I am an excellent buyer who likes to work with coders in a long term bases. I am very fair, responsive in my communication and payments. Bidding: Please bid if you have a rating of 9+ with at least 5 projects completed. Please answer the following questions. Bids will not be considered without answering these questions. 1) What's your 1 year, 5 year plan? 2) What is your current situation as a freelancer? (part time, full time, how many projects are you working on; if you're a company, how many staff, etc) The more I know you, the better. 3) What are you best at or your favorite in terms of web development? 4) Please provide 3-5 of your best work. I don't need a long list of sites, just your best. ----- I will communicate with you if I am interested in working with you. I will submit a private bid for you to start a project for creating a template and we'll go from there. Your bid should be your hourly rate.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
