I wish to make in ASP.NET with an SQL backend a type of survey software that I can enter questions and answers into with ease.
The responses will require dynamic controls in the form of textboxes, radiobuttons, and checkboxes. I would like an instruction page to appear at the launch of a "survey", on entering the survey questions and answers appear on the page 5 at a time or just enough that you don't have to scroll down to view more of the survey.
There would be a next button, previous button and there is going to be some database work building the stored procedures required to retreive the answers, retrieve the questions, and then save the answers. I have a good idea of what I would like the interface to look like which I can email a word document with some more detail of what I would like.
There needs to be something that confirms the survey was completed, for example each question was checked or something of that nature, uncompleted survey's that were finished half way through need to be "cached" to be retrieved at a later time, for example someone lost their internet connection.
I'm looking for either someone to complete the work or at least a good portion of the code. Bid is open and determination will rest on samples or previous experience with this type of software. If anyone has any templates for developing software that could help the bidding process please get in touch and I'd like to get on paper as much as I can.
