I am looking for a standard business data entry VB net solution which would be easy to do if you have built one similar to what I am looking for. I have been looking at the web page at <[url removed, login to view]>and there are some good examples there but I need a VB.net example (web application) of a standard data entry/reporting for a typical business which has products, warehouses, employees (drivers and office staff), customer locations, vehicles and routes for drivers. I am mostly interested in implementing software for the first 3 of those (products, warehouses, employees) and I do not expect a standard business solution to have more than that. If you have previously implemented a web based solution in VB.net 2003 for a similar business then this would probably be easy for you to do. I will provide a Microsoft Access database which could be imported to a SQL database. I would prefer an additional copy of the software in Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition Beta which is currently free from Microsoft, but the 2005 version is not necessary ??" it would be nice to have it for study. I am only interested in the basics ??" nothing fancy ??" but I am very interested in a web based implementation that uses SQL stored procedures to retrieve the data. This is not a rush project and the deadline could easily be extended.
