I'm looking for assistance with a database program to manage our quoting and sales processes. This is primarily a PC based app so I need for it to be an MS access type program. It would manage: -requests for quote from our customers -our requests for quote to our suppliers -quotes from our suppliers -our quotes to out customers I would like for the program to have an internet data entry feature as well so that RFQ's and Quotes could be submitted online, if desired. The online data would have to be entered into mySQL and then imported into Access. Unless you have other ideas but remember, this primarily local machine based. Web interface is only an additional feature which will not be used quite as much. The program should be searchable based on partnumbers, customers, LXW dimensions, etc... I have already created tables and some forms. They'll probably need to be redone but what I really need help with is relating the tables, creating reports from the data, basically everything else that would make it tick.
