When user comes to site. 1. User sees categories listed on the left hand side with number of questions in each category in paranthesis e.g. cars (4) bike (10) 2. In center Top, user sees the feature the question of the day. 3. In center bottom, user sees the 5 most popular questions based on user views and ranking and the last 5 questions See zip User enters categories. User will see list of questions. Ten questions will show at a time. There will also be a feature question and top 5 in catergories. see zip user interface will show users the question and brief answer,user logs in to see full answers and submit questions. Users can review answers with 5 star system; They can also provide comments for the answer to the questions. 4. There needs to be a Question submission form. with the following. user name category question box. ( would like the ability to add more question boxes if possible) Admin Interface 5. There must be a admin screen for answering questions, creating categories for [login to view URL] admin can approve comments to appear on site. 6. Must interface with popular payment system. viewing questions and responses will be free, but to ask a question you will be charged a low fee. This feature should be flexible to be turned off and on. Example. Yes/NO answers may be free.. Basic questions 1 dollar or free if first time; detailed answers 2 dollars. Monthly subscription $10. 7. System should have a poll for the feature question. this applies to main page and categories.
