I need an online system to retrieve emails from an email via POP3 on a set schedule (every 5 minutes or whatever is appropriate). Each email will have a PDF attachment. I need this system to capture or preview a screen shot of the first page of the PDF attached to each email. What I'm trying to do is see what email is on the first page of each PDF and be able to manually send that PDF to a particular email address. The best scenario would be to have a look up field at the top of a webpage with a screen shot of the first page of a PDF file visible beneath it. Operator will start typing the email address of the person who is to receive this PDF file and as they type, the email address is hunted for until a match occurs and then the operator can just hit the return button and that PDF file is sent, via email, to that email address. Then immediately, the next PDF file in the que is displayed (front page only) and the same thing happens. The operator starts typing an email address to send it to. The system hunts for the right one based on what is being typed until the correct one becomes visible... hits the return key... PDF is sent to that email address. If the email address is not in the email lookup table, it displays a "Not Valid" message in the email field and the operator hits the return key and the email is sent to a particular default email where all Not Valid PDFs are sent to. I need this all web based and I need it so that I can have several people doing this at one time, without interfering with each other or duplicating the other's work...etc.
