I need a web application which connects to a POP mailbox (I will provide the account information to the winner of the auction) and iterates through each message. When iterating through the inbox, there will be emails in various formats. Most will have images either attached or imbedded in the email. I need the web app to strip out the images and save them in a folder within the web app directory after giving the image files unique names using the sender address and a unique identifier. I also need the program to strip out all of the information contained within the email (ie. FROM, Sender Name, Sender Address, Subject, Body, etc) The web application does not need to store any of this information in a db, just in local variables and provide a comment where the DB call should be made.
The application does not need to display any of the information included in the emails to the end user. I simply need a well formatted function to parse out emails which will be sent using different formats.
