osTicket modifications

Dear All, We are looking for some modifications to be made to an already (slightly) modified version of osTICKET ([login to view URL]). We would like to see the following features integrated: - Ability to wrap all email messages sent via the normal ticket reply with an HTML design. - Ability to detect the email adress of a email received and 'add' it to an already open or closed ticket using that email adress (at the moment, if a client sends two emails, two separate tickets are opened). - Ability to take data submitted from a form we will provide and add those as tickets. - Ability to classify these contacts/clients into categories to do with both their country (or region) and whether or not they completed form A , form B...etc. - We want to be able to manage these categories from the admin panel. - We want to be able to not only export as csv information about the clients, we want to be able to select what data gets exported. - Ability to mass email all clients in a database at once, or only clients within a specific category (defined earlier) - Ability to expand on the auto responder part of osTICKET so that we can configure specific autoresponders for specific clients, and have autoresponders set at certain time intervals after the ticket is received. As you can see we are really using osTICKET as a lead management utility. This seems like a long detailled list but for a good coder it shouldn't take too long.
