Online turn based football management game

I am looking to have an online turn based football(soccer) management game made. Each person who signs up takes control of one player in the team. Maximum squad size of say 25. Turn based format will be used to train players stats in certain fields, that vary based on their chosen position when they sign up to the game initially. Games would be run in a league format, be played every other day at a set time, and would need backend system to work out league data, initially for four leagues, 20 teams per league, with promotion and relegation at end of season, with ability to make up team name and player names. Option for manager of the team to choose team's kit style/colours and players to customise his/her character's appearance if they donate to the game per month. Also would need additional stats to show league tables, top goal scorers, and a basic engine to calculate the player data of the 11 vs 11 players taking part per match and also the style the manager chooses that team to play in, ie different formations, long or short passing game etc, basic but flexible. Also need for transfer option for managers of teams to sell/loan their players out for their set price and duration, and also managers to offer contracts to players in the game and pay them out of club finances. Easy to use backend that allows admin to easily ban people who have more than one account and also the ability to send clubs money directly from admin, ie for winning the league etc at the end of the season. Lots more details to add. This will be a complicated project but will be much easier to explain to anyone who is interested and wants to know more. IMPORTANT: CODER MUST HAVE THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF FOOTBALL (SOCCER) SO BASICS DON'T NEED TO BE POINTED OUT.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
