Developed as a virtual shopping mall providing online stores, provides rental information (Plans), and automatically enter orders into the system. Featured shops will be listed in the home page and sub-category pages. Open source shopping carts could be used for stores. Templates are provided for customers to choose & tailor made will be available. This project is an ongoing project; design team will be continually work for upgrades and bug-fix.
**Database & Scripts
**1.1 MySQL or any other database servers run on Linux. Highly cross-platform required. PHP will be the development language while CGI, JSP and JScript can be used as supplementary.
1.2 Programmer should design the database with well structure which efficiency, maintainable and expandable are the requirements.
1.3 User Manual, Data Dictionary and Program Documentation is needed.
**User Management System
**It is the place for administrators to manage customers. Except standard fields, it should also include the following:
2.1 Shop Starting Date
2.2 Shop Expire Date (Extend when renew is performed)
2.3 Payment History (Show be manageable, payment will be recorded)
2.4 Email must be sent to the customer and administrator 10 days before the expire
2.5 A monthly report will need to able to print by administrators
2.6 Users login to renew, and check their payment history, shop status, etc.
**Multi level administration is need. A script to automatic create eShops will need as an enhancement to shop automation. The TWO systems mentioned above must be fully integrated into the CMS and manageable by administrators. We don’t mind any programmers to make use of Opensource projects, as long as you mod it to fit our need, and so that we will not need to display the copy rights as well.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
