I require a webstore that will, 1. Let the admin login and upload pictures in bulk (selecting hundreds of pictures at once). They will be uploaded to specific catagories.
Then they will be copied and shrunk to thumbnails and watermarked (both the big and the small version). I know PHP has a image adjusting feature that will let you put a watermark over it.
Basically, this is a store that will allow users to click a region, then click an event in that region, then click a sub event to view pictures. They will be able to add pictures to cart (paypal shopping cart) and then they will be able to select to have the pictures delivered through e-mail or disc, or prints.
Admin needs full control over the type of delivery methods of the pictures so they can add different sizes of proofs, etc. and full category and sub category control.
PayPal IPN needs to be used for instant payment processing and delivery (or order confirmation if pictures will not be delivered digitally). Delivered pictures should NOT have a watermark, only the ones viewed on the site for free...
I dont need a fancy design, I have the design done. I just need the script...

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
