Small company would like to publish newspaper on the web!Concept: On Left menu there should be categories Fe. Politics, Economy, Comments,
Culture, Sport, Letters...etc
Right side menu should have titles for some articles.
Middle Space is for articles! Article should have a title and picture (small picture)
Date, location, author, Short description. Article should have only 70 to 100 words cut
from the full text, and visitors should click ...more... to read full article!
On main page should be 5 to 15 last articles listed. And on the bootom there should
be 20 articles (titles only) from the same category.
Publisher should be able to publish filling the form and upoloading the picture,
but also visitors could be able to send letters by filling the form!
Visitor could fill the form, data goes to dbase and progam will relase the data
when visitor confirm data entry clicking in his e-mail (send by program)!
Text will apear but publisher could hide it or delete it latter on if not apropriate!
Also add a separate category: Other newspapers and option who is the source:
Fe. Other News > Category> Politics Source> BBS!
Also, will need a password protected page to publish news and photos, so the admin could easily do it.

_ u can publish the website on the web just to be checking it while u code it. U can use, ASP, ASP.net, PHP, CGI(c)
THis project should be easy if u have code libraries already of other related projects. I could do it myself, but i dont have the time, but i can still assits u on small tasks.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
