My current hobby website is [[login to view URL]][1] it is an auto website for classic cars.
When you click on the "Cadillac history" menu you can see that it just lists the headings in points. It’s very hard for new visitor to the site to figure out what lies beneath. There is no summary of the content.
Check out [[login to view URL]][2] that is another site with similar content. If I can get it to flow like this site, maybe I can actually get some visitors and built a community!
Also, check out [[login to view URL]][3] this is just a default site using joomla 1.5. Even the default template looks proper. All the articles flow and are displayed nicely. The page uses the full width of the page unlike mine ([[login to view URL]][1])
1) I need a site that has the best of both sites.
2) I need my rss feed importer working properly so that the feeds go into the correct section. Also if possible for the rss importer to import certain feeds into the fireboard forum.
3) The fireboard forum should match the colour coding / style of the new sites template.
4) The banner has to work with the new design, or a new banner must be drawn up. There has to be a spot for Google ads. And when content articles are larger than the screen width, some type of word wrapping needs to be implemented instead of shifting the tables around that messes up the look of the site.
5) I need the site to be working with capcha again. It was at one point but it disappeared...
6) I need a photo gallery implemented where registered users can post pictures and albums that all other registered users can see
7) Time to show me how the site will work after its done in terms of how to place articles and have them show up in the correct section.
