Hi, I have a piece of hardware that my PC comunicates with via bluetooth. Here are the steps involved: 1) Run a device search, and a service search via the bluetooth adapters control panel. I use Blue Soleil. 2) Connect via serial port service 3) Then I open Hyper Terminal (with the settings) and login with a password, and use it to perform task on the hardware. 4) Certian commands (-F, -E, etc are used to get information from the slave hardware, or erase the device etc. Now I wish to perform these steps via my cell phone sony ericsson p900. In a more automated way. Here is what I want: i can add the device(s) address(s). and it remembers these devices. When I switch the program on. It keeps searching for one of these devices untill it is in reach. Then it automatically enters the password. and logs me in. Then it should automatically enter the (-F command which will fetch data).. it should store this data on the phone. Once it has downloaded the data, it should use the erase command (-E) and erase the data from the hardware. And then logout with the (-Q command) Once this is all done, it should make the phone vibrate . So in essence, I want to be able to switch the program on. Put the phone in my pocket, and walk near the hardware. The program should do all the tasks, and then just vibrate to tell me it is done.
